In 2017 we were founded by our Director, Glenn Tunstall.

 

In his former role as a Metropolitan Police Chief Superintendent, Glenn led an underperforming and disengaged workforce to become the highest performing and most engaged policing command in London.

 

Glenn describes his ambition to engage his workforce as the most challenging role he undertook in 30 years of policing. During that two year journey Glenn and his team demonstrated extreme levels of resilience but reaped the rewards upon becoming London’s Safest Borough.

 

Glenn founded Merida Consulting to share his experiences and help other senior leaders to better engage with their employees.

 

Our client services are based upon Glenn’s vast experience of employee engagement and leadership development, supported by our experience of working with some of the biggest organisations in the UK.
