The following testimonials have been received from our
‘Whilst I was confident that Glenn and the Merida team would deliver a course that challenged the current thinking of my leadership team, the positivity of the feedback about all aspects of the course, from both junior and senior managers surprised me. My team returned from the course motivated, inspired and equipped with a better understanding of how to get the best out of their teams. I would highly recommend Glenn and the Merida team to any organisation that is looking to develop a more engaged and effective leadership team.

I am writing to thank you for playing such an important role at the Border Force Senior Leadership Conference at HMS Excellent in Portsmouth last week.
My team and I found your presentation informative, thought provoking and entertaining. The topics you raised and discussed will have the potential for a transformative effect on engagement. Indeed a number of my senior team have already asked for the information from your session to be made available to them to use and discuss with their commands. And I know that some are already in contact with you to arrange further sessions.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for yesterday, your presentation was brilliant (so good I forgot to time you!), and the feedback received from delegates was excellent!

Glenn is a superb communicator and highly experienced leader. He was both inspirational and motivational leading my team at an event that shaped and launched our local vision. I am delighted to have worked with Glenn and to recommend him.

Glenn was the perfect speaker at my engagement conference in May. He inspired over 100 colleagues from the Home Office with an uplifting story of how he dramatically improved engagement in the Metropolitan Police.
Not only did he give very practical tips on how he achieved this, he also demonstrated with passion the power of an individual to make a change. He clearly struck the right note as he's being asked to speak in a number of areas of the Home Office.

Thank you so much, feedback about your presentation has been exceptional, in every way. Hugely impressed with what you achieved at Kingston. Our leaders left feeling so energised and inspired, and you really set the tone for a superb day!

Glenn came along to the first of our local CIPD group events to talk about culture, engagement, and leadership. His talk was genuinely enlightening. I have had fantastic feedback from those who attended our event. Despite the broad range of people in the audience which included managers, HR professionals, students and business owners from various sectors, everyone took away something from Glenn's session that they felt was relevant and could apply to them. Glenn's talk was honest and inspiring. At the end of the session he said he wanted to give us hope and I can genuinely say he has. I find myself at work today with a renewed sense of hope and enthusiasm that we can overcome the challenges facing our own team, and I know others who were there feel the same. So thank you. It couldn’t have come at a better time for us.

Glenn Tunstall is a former Metropolitan Police Chief Superintendent. In 2013 he took over responsibility for Kingston Police Force and on arrival discovered a de-motivated and underperforming team. By addressing engagement with colleagues, in two years he transformed Kingston into an exemplary force. It was inspiring to hear his story and I was left feeling a lot of his lessons for success could also be applied to the organisation I work for.
I came away from the engagement event inspired and re-energised. I’d encourage everyone to listen to Glenn’s story and think about what you can do in your organisation to achieve similar results.

The talk was fantastic and gave students a great insight into the police service. You painted a very vivid picture of leadership in a public service context and showed how we can all made a difference.

Glenn delivered an exceptionally captivating workshop as part of our recent Employee Engagement event. His contribution was universally praised in delegate feedback as an accessible, informative and inspiring presentation that gave attendees insights they could take away and apply in their own workplaces. He was a pleasure to work with from an organisational perspective: communicative and flexible. Would recommend without hesitation.

Glenn more than excelled and feedback has been extremely positive from all grades. The session was entertaining and fun whilst delivering what we wanted. Such a good day that I’m looking to bring Glenn in to do more work with us. Refreshing and grounded in the delivery and outcome, I am extremely grateful to Glenn and would highly recommend him.
By far the most useful leadership training I’ve been to - usually more theory than practitioner - so your approach was a welcome change. Lots to think about and ideas to try.
I saw your presentation at the Health and Wellbeing Conference, it was by far the most inspiring and enjoyable part of the two days. I am so impressed by the simplicity of what you did and how others were engaged to make a change. There is plenty I will take away.

Thank you for sharing the journey of engagement at the HaWB Conference. I have already been using the examples back in the workplace in an effort to make similar changes.
