Glenn came along to the first of our local CIPD group events to talk about culture, engagement, and leadership. His talk was genuinely enlightening. Glenn Tunstall is a former Metropolitan Police Chief Superintendent. In 2013 he took over responsibility for Kingston Police Force and on arrival discovered a de-motivated and underperforming team. By addressing engagement with colleagues, in two years he transformed Kingston into an exemplary force. It was inspiring to hear his story and I was left feeling a lot of his lessons for success could also be applied to the organisation I work for.
